All spectral products sold by Helm Scientific are covered automatically by limited warrantee on condition that a purchased product is under correct operation, handling and maintenance and without any tampering or modification. The limited warrantee includes (1) two-year warrantee of CCD spectrometer by OEM, (2) one-year warrantee of the optical and mechanical parts of sample optical chamber and stage, and (3) one-year warrantee of unopened laser unit. Lifetime technical support via email is provided.

  1. Request a quote by emailing us.
    • For device characterization service, please provide (1) device schematics, pad/pin locations and labels, (2) Maximum safe voltage/current for devices, (3) device parameters to be extracted. We will quote a price and lead time based on your request.
    • For fluorescence and Raman spectral services, you may bring samples with an acceptable credit card directly to Helm Scientific Lab site, or call us by phone for a pre-authorization of your credit card if samples will be shipped to us. Please provide liquid samples in clear glass vials (2 mL, Outer diameter <0.5").
  2. Pay at front desk with a credit card or cash, pay by phone with a credit card, or transfer payment via EFT, ACH to Helm Scientific.
  3. Ship or deliver wafers/devices or chemical samples together with PO number to: Helm Scientific Device Lab., 1680 Toronto Way, Costa Mesa, California 92626, USA.
  4. Test will be started as soon as both a credit card payment has been authorized and wafers/devices or samples are received. Test data report will be sent via e-mail, and wafers/devices or samples will be returned to customers.​​
